Positive: La ubicación y las vistas. Y el Apto. muy cómodo y bien equipado.
Negative: Se puede ir andando a la playa pero la vuelta es cuesta arriba. Si vas con sillas y demás, mejor en coche. Y a pesar de ello, no es inconveniente. Se tarda muy poco y suele haber huecos libres para aparcar.
