Résidence magnifique belle pretation revanche accueil NRSA PITOYABLE ,état de l'appartement à revoir Positive: La residence est exceptionnelle bien située toujours propre personnels agréables plage magnifique Negative: Suite a un retard de vol avec les gros incendies en Gironde. La façon dont on nous a réclamé 50 euros en liquide en nous faisant attendre 1 heure dehors en 1h 00 du matin avec menace de ne pas donner les clés si on ne payait pas. Nous avions pourtant prévenu par message notre retard et notre arrivée à l’aéroport d’Alicante, l’intervenant aurait donc pu arriver plus tôt. Pas’d'état des lieux à l'arrivée. État de l'appartement et propreté moyen.

Fabulous :) Positive: Loved the property itself and the gorgeous pool. They had to move us to alternative apartment because the air conditioning broke but it was seamless transition and helpful they sorted. Negative: The location was a little bit away from restaurants and the beach but nothing an Uber couldn’t fix.

Positive: The apartments were outstanding with the view of the sea/beach. The pool area was so lovely, even when busy it was such a nice place to be. We found pit about 3 days after being there a lift which made it so much easier to walk across the beach road and up. Everywhere was so clean, they provided toiletries, washing up liquid/tablets, washing machines, lovely lot of different furniture on the balcony. Fabulous apartment and views all the way around when in the pool. Negative: Alot of steps to climb up or a steep ish hill to reach the apartments. My dad struggled with this. Unsure what time the bar closed & they were stopping serving food at the poolside, seems to be different ooening/closing times. They would do a great deal of breakfast if they opened earlier.

Positive: Early checking possible. Spacious, with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms, private underground parking, nice view and access to the very nice beach. Negative: Cleanliness of sanitary facilities shoud be better. I felt that cleaning services should be improved before arrival .

Positive: La picine Negative: Nous n avons pas apprecier, pas de restaurant autour, la plage est très loin . A part la piscine sur le toit ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos !!! C’est loin d être une zone haut de gamme comme décrit . Les climatisations ne fonctionnent pas bien , il n’y a pas d’eau chaude .
