Elegance Penthouse

Genieten op een prachtig groot ingericht terras met uitzicht op de bergen de zee en de stad en op wandelafstand van het Positive: Goed ingericht dakterras met prachtig zicht en een goed werkende BBQ op gas. Voldoende bedgerief en badhanddoeken aanwezig. Negative: De schoonmaak bij aankomst leek op het eerste zicht wel in orde maar had toch wel degelijker kunnen uitgevoerd worden, bijvoorbeeld veel stof op bovenkant deuren en op verlichting. Weinig kookpotten (wel veel pannen). In- en uitrijden garage (ook alleen met fiets) was niet zo gemakkelijk. Geen aparte plaats om fietsen te stallen.

Underbar lägenhet, när till allt! Positive: Läget är perfekt. Några minuter till stranden och 10-12 minuters promenad in till stan. Aldi ligger någon minut till fots. Det finns många restauranger i närheten både in mot stan men också åt andra hållet. Vid Aldi finns Hopp, hyra sparkcyklar. Perfekt om man vill åka in till stan. Stranden är mycket fin. Rakt ner från lägenheten lite mindre trångt. Snett ner mot höger finns strandbar, lekställning ute i havet och uthyrning av trampbåtar etc. Lägenheten är fint inredd. Finns det mesta. Badhandukar, solstolar, parasoll. Takterrassen är super med otrolig utsikt över Montgo och en liten havsglimt. På eftermiddagarna är det en kraftig bris, härlig men det går inte att ha parasollet uppe då. Det finns gasolgrill. Negative: Att det saknades ett säkert soltak på terassen.

The location & rooftop made it an enjoyable week Positive: Location, rooftop Negative: Could not use the sun umbrella on rooftop if there was even a slight breeze, as it annoyingly noisy.

Great location and very comfortable Positive: The location is superb. 15-20 minutes into Denia and 7-9 minutes to the beach. We stayed for over a month. The folding chairs and beach towels are appreciated. The corner sofa on the roof was exceptionally comfortable and the roof was in the sun all day. It was quiet as out of season and suited us well. There is road noise as the property is near a corner but it’s not bad. Useful to be able to walk to Aldi and numerous restaurants. Negative: The rooftop was windy in the afternoon and evening which wasn’t pleasant and you couldn’t leave anything up there. It was a pain to take food up so we missed being able to eat outdoors. The set up is a bit strange too - largest bedroom has two separate beds, the smallest bedroom has the double bed (but you struggle to open the door) and the other room also has twin beds but I’m sure for a two week break it makes little odds. Be aware the ‘organic products’ left are not food. We had a chaotic check in and ended up walking to a shop for milk at 11pm. NRAS are however very helpful and any issue dealt with quickly.
