Historic apartment by Mercado Central

Positive: Beautiful and large apartment in the heart of the city. Well equipped with all you need and more. (Jaguzzi!) Negative: On December apartment was cold for couple of first days and the three air conditioners could not warm up the whole apartment. The large living room should have it's own heater. Also the single windows let all noises from the street in. Seems that the popular hobby for locals is to drive in to narrow street under the windows and start honking their horns.

Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny apartament, świetnie wyposażony, zaskoczyła nas ogromna prywatna łazienka z dostępem z głównej sypialni. Salon pomieścił bez problemu 6 osób. W całym mieszkaniu piękne zabytkowe płytki. Blisko komunikacja miejska, sklepy, świetne restauracje. Na przeciwko targ gdzie można zrobić zakupy, dwie uliczki dalej duży supermarket. Atrakcje turystyczne w bliskiej odległości. Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa ze strony firmy wynajmującej mieszkanie - pełne wsparcie na każdym etapie.

Great Positive: The apartment has everything you need. Clean, spacious and the location is excellent. Great cooperation and quick communication with the apartment owners. All the best! Negative: The apartment is right next to the market, so early in the morning there can be a little noise (but it didn't bother us).

Fantastisch, herhaalbaar en zeer aan te raden! Positive: Centrale liggen van het appartement. Openbaar vervoer om de hoek, veel autentieke (d.w.z. bezocht door de Spanjaarden, dus niet zoals de toeristenzones) zeer goede eetcafe's (voor Spaans ontbijt) en restaurants om de hoek. Loopafstand naar winkelstraten, strand en wandelboulevard/havengebied. In de avond was de wijk rustig en weinig buitengeluiden van mens of (doorgaand) verkeer. Appartement komt ook autentiek over, gaf ons absoluut een Spaans vakantiegevoel en beschikte over alle noodzakelijke/gewenste faciliteiten (let op: niet geschikt voor mensen die enkel een appartement zoeken welke volledig is gerenoveerd en in nieuwstaat verkeerd!) Negative: Niets. Als er iets tegen viel, kon je makkelijk via de app met het verhuurbedrijf contact zoeken erover. Zij reageerde altijd, vaak meteen (!), en kwamen eventuele zaken oplossen indien nodig en mogelijk.

Апартаменты просторные, все необходимое есть. Positive: Очень хорошее расположение. Negative: Были трудности с замком входной двери, ключ застревал.
