Positive: La ubicación del departamento es muy adecuada, con facilidades de acceso a buses, tram y estación de trenes. Ideal para visitar las playas lejanas al centro en tram. A metros del mercado central, para la compra de productos frescos y de calidad si se quiere aprovechar y cocinar durante la estadía. El departamento es amplio y muy cómodo.
